Contest Entry Rules:

1. Void where prohibited.  This contest is held world wide, therefore we hold submitter responsible for knowing their Country/State/Government jurisdiction rules and regulations that regulate internet held contest submissions. Read our legal section for further information regarding the "terms of this service".

2. All contest entry applicants must be over the age of 13 to enter any contest held on this service. Some Country/State/Government jurisdictions require a much higher age level. This again, is the submitters responsibility to legally enter the contest under their jurisdiction laws pertaining to internet held contests.

3. Submitter agrees to allow us to announce winner name and email (you if you win), as verifiable proof of announced contest prize giveaway receipt. 

4. Submitter agrees that we may contact them for a testimonial about the product they won, and will fill the required winners testimonial form after adequate 2 week usage time. Questions will be on how helpful this software is to their development needs, etc. This is done without any further compensation to the winner, and may be posted as part of the winner testimonial. 

5. All contest entry form email address are automatically added to holding contest managers and our mailing lists for inclusion, you may cancel anytime. Our service and contest managers do not share your information with no 3rd parties, so your privacy is absolutely assured. Read our privacy policy for further information. 

6. All information submitted from entry form must match when contacted for verification of entry submission, or for the collection of winning prize notification to verified submitter.

7. All winners must wait 120 days after contest month won, before re-submitting a new entry form to any contest held on this service. Any forms of deception noted will automatically ban individuals name from any further contests held on this service ever, and the and IP address banned from entering the site. So follow the rules if you have won, let other viewers who have not won have a chance. 

8. All entry submissions must agree to our privacy policy in order for the contest submission to be valid on the contest page. Any entry form not indicating a "PRIVACY AGREE" selected near the submit button, will automatically be discarded. So please be sure you make that selection before submitting your entry form.
