Designer Wiz Awards: Rules
Our award committee judges are very stringent on non-acceptance of
any of the following presentations. If any of the following
are noted the award submission is automatically expelled without
notification to the webmaster.
We do not accept any submission that displays hatred
toward any individual, religion, creed,
anti government, warez, hacker, illegal content,
copyright infringement, plagiarism, etc. No pornography (excluding artwork
displayed tastefully w/purpose). We reserve the right to
amend this exclusion posting at anytime should a
particular circumstance warrant such action.
The award submission must be entered by the actual
owner of the web site service requesting this award
review.
Absolutely no under construction sections, missing
content, useless pages, or extreme scrolling to bottom
of page [7 clicks on scrollbar maximum] tolerated.
Page load time maximum is 90 seconds for extreme
graphic based presentations, flash, streaming media,
etc. No submission shall be strictly 100% flash stream media
type presentations. The web site must specifically show
HTML alignment controls controlled by the author and not
an editor program entirely with intuitive forethought
clearly demonstrated in layout view.
All graphic art must display original artwork. Minimum
of 80% of artwork will be original and unique. All public
archive graphics used shall clearly state origin and
proper credit to artist if known mentioned on page or
credit page. No image linking from
another server allowed other than outside advert
sponsorship programs.
All inner core text content displayed on service shall be
original, excluding adverts. If alternate content/text source is
displayed proper credit and purpose shall be clearly
posted.
In ending: If any award committee judges browser crashes as a
result of improper HTML formatting, award review is
automatically deemed unsuitable for further review and
notification of disqualification will be mailed to submitter.
Note: If a web site is
accepted into our second phase critique processing,
no major changes may be made during the 6 week critique
period without notifying us "prior" to
changes. If major changes are made
without notification the award submission automatically
becomes invalid. The web site will not be eligible for
review again for 180 days following termination of the
award review.
In the event that a web site does win one of our
elite awards we reserve the right to revoke any award
in the event said web site fails to meet the minimum
criteria for the award earned at any time after the
award has been awarded.

web site development project that you feel is eligible
