Award Applicant / Web Site Owner - Please Note :

All web site award applicants applying to our award program must be on their sole domain server. No free site server pages, or co-shared domains with sub domain listing, etc. is acceptable in any instance.

If a web site owner is not committed enough to have a domain name and server presence then the award applicant is not truly serious about their web site presence and/or service. Thus, you need not apply to our awards.   

Commentary Notes :

All process stage review points are logged and ranked according to judges total grade points. Each process weeks grade value is worth up to 20 points with each reviewed criteria being worth up to 4 points each for a grand total of 100 point possibility.

Score Grade Calculation Method :

We add the total amount of scoring by all review judges during the process week. We divide the number by the amount of judges submitting grades and log this score as the process week end total. All scores demonstrating a final calculated grade average with a remainder of .5 and under (example: 88.4) are automatically rated to the nearest lower whole number (example: 88) on the award level scale. All numbers above .6 or above (example: 88.6) are moved to nearest high number (example: 89).
