VML Circle Ticker Draws Messages Around Circle
Circle ticker draws your messages around a circle in the center of your web page. Add as many messages as you like. Requires Internet Explorer 5x or higher.

Configuration:

Step 1: Open your web page. Paste the following code into the head-section of your web page:

Step 2: Paste the following code right above the </body>-tag of your web page (almost at the bottom of the web page):
